Yesterday I finally found time to read the newest Chrome ball interview with Thomas Campbell. Thomas is a guy that started out making zines and then slowly progressed into making art, showing his work in the Alleged gallery in New York. Half way the interview he starts talking about his A Love Supreme film. Campbell took the name from an Coltrane album and combined it with the New York scene from the 90ies. Jazz music in skateboarding has a long history, although it can be very hard to make it work with skating. But, when it’s working out like in this particular case, it creates a special type of atmosphere, which we like a lot!
