To our surprise Tom K has left 3D skateboards and has joined Skate Mental. This came as a shock at first, Tom was basically the poster boy for 3D. So we went on Slap to look at what the rumor mill was saying about Tom’s switch. We surfed over to Big Time Distribution’s website, Big Time is the home of brands like Skate Mental, Tired Skateboards and 3D but 3D was no longer listed amongst their brands. This of course is curious to say the least, has 3D left Big Time? Is it dead? Or is it being relaunched under another name? Whatever it is we hope BA and Austyn land on their feet.
