Grant Yansura did it again and put another instant classic via WKND. Full of funny skits, lots of different personalities, amazing filming, and even better skating. This time the focus lies on the younger talents of the brand. Definitely, a highly entertaining video to watch.

Russell Houghten seems to approach every one of his projects differently but always with a strong effort towards a powerful visual presentation.

Now, these edits deliver on the cinematic front but we are not sure if they please the other part of the skateboard spectrum, namely the fisheye, raw back alley kind of crowd. Is this even necessary? All good art discriminates so it is all up to the viewer. Watch and Judge.

Documentary film making meets the outstanding skating of the huge New Balance Numeric team. A special kind of tour clip through the beautiful country of Spain. Featuring: Antoine Asselin, Jack Curtin, Arto Saari, Axel Cruysberghs, Jordan Taylor, Jake Hayes, Tyler Surrey, Tom Knox, Franky Villani, Flo Mirtain, PJ Ladd, Marquise Henry, Tom Karagelov, Jordan Trahan, Levi Brown and Mark Baines.

It seems that many people know that WKND has a strong connection to the state of Florida before the board brand started a lot of the people that are now on WKND were responsible for the Weekendtage videos, some Ripndip stuff and more. As they started to establish themselves in the skateboarding world the Californian vibes increased but now with this clip, they are going back to their Floridian roots.

Expect some nice moves from the likes of Johan Stuckey, Alex Schmidt, Jordan Taylor, Christian Maalouf, Austyn Gillette and others.

The name Tahiti conjures up images of the ultimate tropical paradise, the paintings of Paul Gauguin, and beautiful black sand beaches. Although the beauty of the islands was admired by the French explorers who first visited them, the savagery of the native people was almost without limit. Historic accounts maintain that the Tahitians murdered at the slightest provocation. Sacrifices were a crucial component of their culture and giving their own children to volcano gods, water gods, and sharks common ceremonies. No girl over the age of twelve remained a virgin.

As times have changed and the Europeans took over, traditions may have disappeared but the spirit lives on forever. Tahiti always had some sort of magnetic attraction to artists from all over the planet, the island’s natural beauty itself is only one reason. There is a feeling to this place that one can only explain in artistically expressing the dazzling array. As many people did, Kévin Métallier went to find his intuition and as it turned out, his work is closer to home then the actual scenery. Witness Jordan Taylor, Ryan Spencer and Jarne Verbruggen exploring the wonderful spectral island of Tahiti.
