Like the title hints, this very relaxing and beautiful video captures Austyn Gilette, Sammy Montano, and Aaron Kim visiting various places to film for Globe Skateboarding. From skating the New York city jungle, exploring Ohio all the way to surfing at the beaches of Vigo, Spain. It seems like they had a pretty good time.
Austyn Gillette being the latest addition to the new GLOBE BRAND team has been revealed a long time ago. As a matter of fact, he is one of the reasons that Globe has started to update their whole brand feel. Austyn is famous for being a hard working pro skater and therefore he not only dropped a shoe put also a brand new video part featuring his team mates Mark Appleyard, Sammy Montano & Aaron Kim.
There is so much content out there that it becomes harder and harder to even get to the good things. Austyn Gillette’s part for his co-owned brand Former is definitely a good thing, to say the least. We would even go so far and say that this might be his best part to date! 10/10
The DirtBagCrew went on a trip to Japan. Check out HUF team riders Josh Matthews, Brad Cromer, Matt Gottwig, Dick Rizzo, Jake Anderson and as it seems, a fully recovered Austyn Gillette, shred through Nagoya, Osaka and Tokyo. Also featuring special guest Shin Sanbongi.
If you have been paying attention you might have noticed that HUF just opened a new store in NYC and in honour of that store the team went out and got some really nice footage. On top of that Austyn’s Transworld cover trick is featured in this edit.
It seems that many people know that WKND has a strong connection to the state of Florida before the board brand started a lot of the people that are now on WKND were responsible for the Weekendtage videos, some Ripndip stuff and more. As they started to establish themselves in the skateboarding world the Californian vibes increased but now with this clip, they are going back to their Floridian roots.
Expect some nice moves from the likes of Johan Stuckey, Alex Schmidt, Jordan Taylor, Christian Maalouf, Austyn Gillette and others.
WKND Skateboards definitely is on the rise! After engaging Eric Koston, now Austyn Gillette is the next big name who joins the team. Of course, the welcome clip is certainly different from what usual ones look like. But hey, it’s the frkn WKND baby!
Brad Cromer has been videotaping skateboarding for some time now and to be honest he is getting really good, the other noteworthy thing in this short video is the Austyn Gillette clip. We have not seen anything from Mr. Gillette in a while – there where rumors about him being injured – so to finally see him back on the board is certainly a good thing.
Doesn’t it feel like Austyn is some sort of a all time man of the hour? Whenever there is a new photo or interview or whatnot, it seems like everyone’s interested. Well – Good job, Austyn! Here is the “What Youth” Off Beat : Austyn Gillette Video:
