Magnus and Shimmy are like Bonnie and Clyde, Water and Wine, or Jay Z and Beyoncé. You get the drift, this is a well-made project by good people.

“Norgesferie” by Pekka
“Norgesferie” is the name of Norways big summer vacation and the title for Pekka Lovas new video featuring Karsten Kleppan, Didrik Galasso & Jan Henrik Kongstein.
enjoi – “Deedz Nutz” Part
We met Deedz in Portugal this last February, Cais do Sodré to be exact. He was staying with his friend and teammate Thaynan Costa, his dad and a couple of other Brazilians.
When we got there we had just missed Pekka and Jan Henrik Kongstein who left the day before. Now, to be honest, we had heard of Didrik but we had not met him but it turned out that it would not take long to do so.
The next day he stole Thaynan’s car (Thaynan has a car but he doesn’t have a license) and took us out skating. He might get a bit angry by me saying this but don’t get in a car with Didrik if you have a weak heart or stomach! He drives like he skates, controlled, fast but reckless at times. We could hear Michal Juras call out “KURWA!” from the back seat at least multiple times. But from the moment we got in the car, Deedz took great care of us, showing us around the city, the spots and the restaurant (good ones at that) in fact it was him not Thaynan (still love you) that made us feel at home in Portugal.
You might think at this point, isn’t this supposed to be about Mr. Galasso going pro? Well yes, but his skating does the convincing and all we can add to that is telling you that he is a great guy with a heart of gold and an attitude (come on dude!) but that is what we need in skating today.
Congratz DEEDZ!

Karsten Kleppan – “Just Karsten’s” Part.
Just a part… is what this title says to the viewer, marginalizing the effort Karsten put in but when you watch the whole thing you start to think how good is this motherfucker? And is it not slightly arrogant to be saying that this is “just another part”?
Anyway, we don’t believe Karsten, we think he worked hard to make this part good and we appreciate the work he put in! From the boardslide that goes up and over to the casual flip backside smith grind 180 this part is a labour of love.
adidas Skateboarding – Summercamp
Welcome to Barcelona and welcome to our house. It’s a simple house but it has a room that’s all your own. It has a shower, a TV set, a kitchen with pots and pans and most importantly, it has “us”– other people in it. Now I don’t know if you…. the person reading this, are still living with your parents or if you recently bought your first house, but I do know that all of the above and in between know the feeling of coming into a new place. A house filled with people you don’t really know. If you’re lucky, there might be some facial recognition here and there. Upon entry, you shake hands, state your name, try to remember theirs and ask for the Wi-Fi password. You do all of this with the goal of dropping your bags and getting to your room so you can lie down for a minute and process everything. Now for some of you, the alarm bells might have started ringing. You know the feeling, you know the drill, but if for some reason you can’t remember the feeling, let me help you refresh your memory. It is the same feeling you get when you go to summer camp.
This film is featuring: Marcus Shaw, Filip Almqvist, Phillip Oehmige, Pekka Løvås, Heitor Da Silva, Daniel Spängs & Martin Sandberg.
Filmed and edited by Peter Buikema.
TIGERSTADEN – Full Video
Our friend Pekka just released his 2016 full length Tigerstaden, not only is the filming and editing on point but this video features some truly amazing young talent that is the future of European skateboarding and trust us when we say the future is now.
Heitor Da Silva – Tigerstaden
Illusion aka Muska Flips, effortless lines that don’t seem planned and a great mix of all disciplines of skating. Our feelings towards Heitor can be described by naming the song that he skates to, a remixed version of The Art of Noise’s – “Moments In Love.”
This whole part is great look for both Pekka (filmer) and Mr. Da Silva himself.
Nike SB – Karsto and Janno
Actually it is the custom that the greatest parts get announced far in advance, so usually we are prepared to get sparked. However, this mind-blowing part from Karsten Kleppan and Jon Henrik Kongstein came just out of nowhere and causes open mouths. In case you are still reading, stopp here and hit the play button and get enchanted by the duo who have been shredding their home town in Norway every spare moment this past summer.
Michael Sommer – VX Part
Norway’s Michael Sommer is in line with the trend filming a full part with plainly the relict of bygone times, the Sony VX 1000. The beautiful look of the VX combined with Michael’s excellent style result in a great clip everyone should watch. Filmed and edited by Pekka Løvås.
