Tor Ström A.K.A. Vxtaosen just released a new video with all of his friends, under which a full Ville Wester part. So good…

Featuring: Peter Stege, Jboy, Hugo Boserup, Oskar Rozenberg Hallberg, Emile Laurent, Hjalte Halberg, Ville Wester, Jerome Cambell, Andrew Wilson, Karsten Kleppan, Jesus Fernandez, Enzo, Elias Menzi, Jan Henrik Kongstein, Tobias “Herb” Simeon, Hunter, Thomas Kring, Rune Glifberg, Fernando Bramsmark, Cyrus Bennett, Kyle Wilson & Diego Todd.

Big companies like Nike is that they have a lot of stuff crammed in a year, from the Australian “Medley”, a 58 Blazer to the Hockey collab and now a southwest trip for the new styles of the Blazer. All these projects have different people involved in front of and behind the lens. Which means that everybody gets to like their version of the SB division.

This newest edit was filmed and edited by Tor Ström, who is from CPH and went to Malmö’s Bryggeriet school. So putting him with Hjalte, Oski, Hugo and Ville makes a lot of sense to us because we feel that touring with your friends brings out the best! Thus allowed this to become one of our favourite SB videos of 2018. Now please press play!

Most of you saw the 917 video and as with almost any “big” video nowadays multiple filmers where involved in making that project become a reality. 2two2 provides us with the perspective of Sean Dahlberg the person who actually filmed those tricks. Enjoy!

Finally, something we have been waiting on for a long time: the first full-length video presentation from Alex Olson’s Call Me 917. Now we are not going to give you a full video description but we will give you at least a few of our highlights.

First off, Alex Olson skates to a Rap Song by Nakel Smith, Secondly, the video consists of the team and their friends and last but not least, the soundtrack feels like a cross between an Anti-Hero video and Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2’s score.

Honestly, go watch the video. It is not what we expected, it is better:

Remember last years CPH Open? Bobby Worrest got some stuff done… The Nike guys certainly enjoyed their time in Copenhagen.

Featuring: Bobby Worrest, Hjalte Halberg, Andrew Wilson, Hugo Boserup, Max Palmer, Cyrus Bennett, Alex Olson, Oskar Rosenburg-Hallberg, Ishod Wair, Ryan Bobier and Ville Wester.

Let’s start at the beginning Oski is one of the most exciting skaters of our time, in fact, he is so nice to watch that the Cardiel reference, in the beginning, might even be justified.

Another thing that we really liked is that it is not just Oski you get his friends people like Hjalte Halberg, Alex Olson, Cyrus Bennett, Roman Gonzalez and more. Another good thing is that Nike gave a colorway to a skater that actually likes to skate the shoe (they have been kind of good at that.) which doesn’t seem to always be the case. Now go sit down and watch this part because it is good!

Ladies and Gentlemen, Reggae music is now officially the favorite genre for skate videos in 2017. What else is hot: Grant’s Kickflip (of course), ISHOD WAIR ISHOD WAIR ISHOD WAIR, CK-1’s ability to keep having fun for half a decade now & Donovon’s surf related technique in his movements.

Watch Grant Taylor, Cory Kennedy, Max Palmer, Donovon Piscopo, Ishod Wair, Youness Amrani, Andrew Wilson, Cyrus Bennett, Blake Carpenter and Bobby Worrest in “58 Tour East”.

Since the introduction and explosion of social media, every skater has turned into his or her own marketing machine with a great outlet for creativity.

Obviously, some are better than other some even turn into filmers, editors or designers later on in life. We feel this video By Cyrus shows promise, it has some noticeably strong minutes (especially in the beginning). But with anything in life don’t take our word make up your own mind.

Featuring: Cyrus Bennett, Aidan Mackey, Vincent Touzery, Logan Lara, Johnny Wilson, Max Palmer, Jesse Alba, Hjalte Halberg, Chris Milic, Paul Grund, Genesis Evans and more.

We had an Interview about Call me 917 from our Issue 58 “The Handshake”, where Alex Olson talks about not skating because he’s been kept busy with the business side of running two companies, while the rest of the team is just out there. Don’t worry Alex, those guys are getting it.

We can only speculate what CT stand for. It could stand for multiple things, things like Chet Thomas, Cool Time or Choi Time (because John Choi has the last two tricks in this) but we choose to believe it stands for Cut because the standout this to us is the great sudden cuts that Johnny Wilson makes in the edit. Obviously, the skating is great too.

Not the first and not the last time, Quartersnacks & Nike SB came together for a brand new collection. To celebrate it the right way you will get to see some skating of Daniel Kim, Cyrus Bennett, Max Palmer, Josh Wilson & more. That sounds like a win-win-situation, right?

We posted the two Quartersnacks Copenhagen offcuts now here is the final result. Filmed by the prolific Johnny Wilson with skating by Ishod Wair, Alex Olson, Bobby Worrest, Hjalte Hallberg, Oski, Andrew Wilson, Cyrus Bennett, Ville Wester, Hugo Boserup, Max Palmer and Ryan Bobier.

“Skate New York With the City’s Coolest Crew for Vogue”

Is the official title of this video and it is enough to divide people into different camps. The skating is obviously great and the music isn’t bad at all maybe it is the name Vogue that bothers people, we don’t know!
To us, the real shock is that more and more girls seem to openly show love for nerdy activities! I don’t know about you guys but when we were growing up playing Pokemon, kicking a hackeysack around or even skateboarding did not exactly seem to be that cool to the girls we were hanging out with. In recent times the script has been flipped and the beauty in that is what Alex Olson probably wants us to see.
