The sequel to the legendary BAKER HAS A DEATHWISH is now live and boy it is a doozy! From Baker OG’s to fresh crop and a lot of Hijinx to boot, Beagle & Andrew Reynolds did it again! BAKER HAS A DEATHWISH PART 2! truly has all the feels of a contemporary classic… now it is up to the people to decide if it will be.
The moment when the “Clockwork Orange” theme music started playing and the titles popped up we already got the feeling that this is going to be a very well-made video. We weren’t wrong. After filming and editing the Noah NYC video we didn’t see much from Mr. Alex Greenberg but of course, he didn’t put his camera aside. On the contrary. After watching his new 26 minutes long work “Much Needed After A Long” we saw what he and his friends had been up to and all we can say is that it was worth the wait.
Great work Alex! Nice to see a lot of familiar faces together with amazing skaters we have never seen before. Another instant New York City classic!
A little 1:30 snippet of Baker Magic.
Spanky went from being a child star that transformed into an elusive creative skater who slowly got a skateboard burnout (no pun intended) but finally came full circle and retrieved his love for the board.
One may be able to argue that Mr. Long is indeed a legend, he surely influenced a lot of people and as such he is deserving of this Emerica colorway.
For a moment there we thought Baker was going stale but we should have know better than to doubt the boss and his friends.
And while everybody is talking about Kader we had some TK flashbacks when we saw Donta Hill step on the board, a good look for Baker once again.
