Watch that new Flytecc fire from one of the most influential skaters of the internet era. We know with Leon Rudolph & Jun Kummer’s work this will be fully on beat.

Respect is often earned not given and even when it is due people feel like taking the easy route and put the focus on what they don’t like instead of what is achieved.

FLYTECC is a new company started by two brothers Jun & Hyun Kummer. Two skateboarders that you might know only by their Instagram handles @seoul_air & Versace_plug. For them, FLYTECC is a platform a creative outlet and this video is a big step into defining what their 2020 vision is.

Now there are 2 kinds of people, employees and employers both deserve respect but the difference is that the second group consists of people that are willing to take a risk, the risk to start something new.

We don’t feel like we need to explain the importance of family but it is important to show respect to two people who have taken a risk, are putting their vision out there and in this video even put their bodies on the line to show you something they felt needed to be seen.

A family-owned business is something we support and whatever you feel about the people involved or the level of creativity displayed it demands respect!

Lastly, we say all that but would like to add that Hyun wrote on IG that he filmed his best trick to this day for this project and after his last part that alone should be enough to make you press play.

During the premiere of Leon Rudolph’s new video, somebody asked: “Why is this video called Practice?” The answer lies in the opening shot of this video.

Pressed play, still no clue? You probably don’t watch the NBA, Leon does, he got the inspiration for his newest video from a Basketball legend Allen “A.I.” Iverson.

Iverson was at the peak of his skills and got asked about his performance during practice and his response is simply legendary.

Summer is in full effect and thus it is only logical that Paul Herrmann started putting out his column consistently.

Whereas his last video was filmed all over Germany this one takes place in Berlin. Similarly the last one had many people from different crews this one focusses on one crew consisting of a gang of all-star wearing youngsters.

For those of you that follow him, it must come as no surprise that Deniz Bulgurcu has a strong presence in this video. His growth is visible in almost every new clip he puts out. Deniz is one to watch.

Additionally, Paul Herrmann would like to thank Converse for the support.

Three days, that is all it took to film this video, two days it took them to edit it and today it’s out for us to see.

The people over at Seoul2k don’t like to let things sit on the shelf for too long, whether it’s tricks or product they are all about keeping it moving.

Featuring:

Julian Ruhe, Jun Kummer (@seoul_air) and Hyun Kummer (@versace_plug).

Last week the boys came to Berlin and hooked up with their friends over in our fair city to film this promo, we came with on a couple missions to see what was up, skate with them and chill out.

The edit makes it all look fun but the boys were serious about going all in and try a trick for a couple of hours which we felt was unexpected in the Instagram era. Also, we want to shout out Hyun Kummer aka Versace_Germany for finding a “normal” ollie trick that had not been done down the Kulturforum double set and doing that kickflip back smith line first try!

Enough said, watch the video!

Leon Rudolph had some of his friends over in his hometown. Jun Kummer, Jan Hoffmann and Moritz Alte visited Kassel for a few days and while they were there, Leon filmed this clip.

Jan Hoffmann’s “At Home With” article in our new issue is all about celebrating, partying and the bright side of life. Editing Jan’s clip felt like we would being held in a mental health unit. During the process of working on the video Danny got asked how it goes a numerous time and he just always replied “It’s a nightmare!” Actually, out of all three “At Home With” Videos, this one is the most unique one. And we got a good laugh out of it! Watch Jan and quite a few of his friends on a pretty common weekend in Bremen/Oldenburg.

I clearly remember when this project started, I was talking to Leon Rudolph and I asked: “Why don’t you do full-length videos anymore?” He answered: “Right now, I just don’t want to wait to put something out.” Leon did do a lot this year, he did some stuff for Converse Cons, Cleptomanicx and a couple of independent short videos. So an idea crept into our mind, what if we ask Leon to remix his 2016 work into one longer project? He loved the idea, and from that moment we started to talk regularly about the project, Leon would bring up ideas and started working on the project, he even found a date and a location to premiere the project. Yesterday the video had its premiere in Kassel it premiered together with Jonathon the Dog’s new project. So with, that out the way we are proud to introduce to you Leon Rudolph’s newest project “U Already Know” for PLACE, Enjoy!

Featuring: Danny Sommerfeld, Jonas Hess, Jan Hoffmann, Daniel Pannemann, Hyun Kummer (Versace_Germany), Jun Kummer (Seoul_air), Steffen Grap, Franz Grimm, Max Sand, Moritz Alte and much more.
