Bobby is having a great year and so are his fans. Mr. de Keyzer has had a lot of output on multiple platforms, some more serious than others but all done in style. We only have one question, why do most videos set in Spain feature “Spanish” music? We would like to suggest using that concept for every country you visit, if you go on a trip to Finland score it to some Finish music, a trip to turkey would look good set to some turkish music and of course a trip to Germany would have to feature Nena’s 99 Luftballons! All jokes aside wouldn’t that open up new world of music for us all to enjoy?

Most Things Haven’t Worked Out – Nolan Waller
Not much going on on the European front today so we checked out what our Canadian colleagues were up to and this Nolan Waller’s part is what we found. Nolan delivers a sweet but short part featuring one of our favorites Dustin Henry the whole thing is well worth a watch.
Snapshot recap – R.T.CO Collection Launch Event
Yesterday evening R.T.CO launched their April collection at the HVW8 gallery. Rollo went all out with a video, hats, sunglasses (of course) and skateboards! By the way the boards are limited so get you one before it is to late. There is not much left to say so we are gonna close this one off by saying thanks for a great evening and snapshot is forever!

What happens when you send a Ozzie skate team out to Japan? The security guards come out, you sing karaoke and you film a great video. The Pass~port visual department deserves some extra credit for this one, great fucking work mate!

Vincent Touzery – Instagram part
Making an Instagram remix is like making a mixtape for somebody you like. Whether you are sitting by your tape recorder or you are scrolling through the gram, it is a tedious process done with love for the subject. In the end the only difference is that with the IG compilation the result is on the net for everybody to enjoy.
Vincent Touzery has been killing it lately and Quartersnacks said it best “There are a handful of Bloby Instagram compilations out there, but this new one of Vincent Touzery is the best Bloby IG comp out there.”

It has been quiet around David Gonzalez lately but that is about to change. Globe just released this clip celebrating the release of his 3rd pro model shoe and let us not forgot the Volcom video is right around the corner. Up until that moment comes this clip has enough tricks to hold us over.
Question Mark – Takahiro Morita
If you do not know about the Far East Skate Network also known as FESN you have been sleeping under a rock! FESN has played a major role in pushing the Japanese skate scene.
They helped create Overground Broadcasting a 2008 skatefilm that has some prophetic parts. Most of Takahiro’s projects show you a different frame of reference, connecting colors, actions and images in a new way.
Ever since Magenta entered the skate scene Takahiro has started to frequent our western screens more and more, one thing always stands out, his sign! It says: MY FRIEND. From the moment you come in contact with the sign and the message it carries you start to think. So when we had the pleasure to exchange e-mails with Mr. Morita we could not resist to ask him about his moving message:
How did you get the idea for the MY FRIEND sign and do you travel around the world with it or do you make them on location?
My answer is the following:
I think my skating represents a message to the society around me.
I think my tricks, speed and my style of skating could be the message to skaters and non-skaters.
There is a thing that I realized through filming for years.
I realized that I have affected skaters that I’ve never met to a certain degree, by filming my friends and getting the footage out there.
And by making skate videos, people that I had never met started to visit me.
And they became my friends.
A person that I respect once told me, “Be nice to friends, then that energy will become the power to make the world better.”
The MY FRIEND sign is for the person who’s reading it.
So it’s not MY FRIENDS, it’s MY FRIEND.
PS – The MY FRIEND sign can be folded up and I always bring it with me every time I travel.

Baker – Promo Video
Let’s start at the end and work our way to the start. Young Rowan is turning pro and rightfully so! He has been ripping quite hard for quite some time now and if he is able to bring back that late nineties Slash hat Vans needs to give him a shoe! The rest of the team is edited together in a montage. some have more some have less footage but most of them come through. Most notably Dustin Dollin who has been skating like he is a danger to his own health, comes through with a Boulala-escque power move! All in all the Baker promo does what it promises and it does it all to a soundtrack that goes well with your morning coffee and that is a very good thing.
Pop Trading Company – Pop Collection #03
The Dutch-based brand POP just released their new #03 collection, which focusses on simple but classic designs. The collection has influences ranging from the French breton stripe, American baseball hats and more. The brand combines those items with cargo pants, half zip sweaters and Hugo Snelooper’s street style photography. All in all POP is presenting a strong style build on their skateboard fundament but without fear of looking over skateboardings boarders. The first drop is this Thursday with a new drop every Thursday after that.
North Skate Magazine – Sign
North is a new skateboard magazine out of Scotland, as is this clip. It takes some courage to go outside in the Scottish winter and skate but these guys did it with no hesitation. For you who don’t know North also has a print version and their latest issue is worth checking out if only for that one Nils Brauer photo.

Baker Teaser
Okay so there is a new Baker promo coming up, great! Baker has not been cool for a minute, it was still okay but it lost something for a couple of years. Now they are back, and this week they are releasing a new promo. I mean just that last scene is enough to convince us of the fact that “when you fuck with Baker that’s what you get!”
Chad Muska – The Artist
It is well known that Chad Muska likes to diversify and dabble into other things. From making music (Muskabeatz 1212), tagging to designing. He has now combined his ideas and started to create art. Supra ventured out to his studio and did an interview with the Muska about his activities.

Poetic Collective – White Black Colour
The people over at the Poetic Collective just released a new video. As the title suggests the video mixes black & white with colour skate footage. The video starts of with a monologue by Marcel Duchamp and from that moment on it is easy to see that we are dealing with a project that has strong conceptual roots. The Poetic Collective ask us to not only take some time to look at, listen to and think about this video but they also make you wonder about Duchamp aka the person that speaks after each section floats over into the next.
Centrale – Milan
Our friends over at Live Skateboard Media teamed up with Josh Roberts to create this clip. It features Milano Centrale as the stage for the likes of Leo Valls and friends to play on.
